In this unfair competition class action, Meade & Schrag is seeking restitution on behalf of 420 purchasers of hotel-condominium units in the Hard Rock Hotel & Condominium project in San Diego based on violations of the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1701 et seq., and the developers’ failure to disclose a statutory right to rescind.
